Pulse of the Nashville Job Market

This month Michael Barile who works for Conexess in Nashville will present the pulse of the Nashville job market what’s hot, what’s not and how to capitalize on it. He will provide practical tips and guidance for candidates and employers alike.

Michael Barile

Michael Barile has over 8 years of staffing experience with 6 of those years being with Conexess Group.  Michael believes that recruiting is more than just placing someone in a role, it's learning about that person to ensure a quality fit within an organization.  2 years ago he moved into a Recruiting Manger position, which allows him to support and guide a team of recruiters to be successful, while still building relationships with candidates and clients.  Michael has called Nashville home for 6 years, and is married to his beautiful wife Stephanie of 2 years.
Please join us as we learn and improve ourselves.
